Ryan spent over five years contributing video content to various media outlets before founding Dirt2Media in 2018 with the vision of promoting local grassroots motorsports through professional media coverage.
After a business merger with Dustin Roller in 2020, the pair has expanded Dirt2Media coverage to hundreds of events all across the United States with viewers from all over the World.
Ryan handles most of the day-to-day operations at Dirt2Media.
After moving to Southern Indiana by the age of ten, Dustin quickly became a racing fan after attending races at Bloomington Speedway. After college, Dustin focused on his career and coaching high school football.
Later forming APR Podcast Studios in 2018 with his wife, Dustin and friend Matt Staples launched Throttled Up Podcast, a show focused on local, regional, and national motorsports coverage. He worked Dirt2Media’s very first live broadcast in 2019, serving as co-producer alongside Ryan before the duo merged companies in 2020 and have since added multiple businesses to their portfolio.
Dustin assists with the overall strategy of growing Dirt2Media in addition to broadcast production and serving as an on-air talent.

Andy began his career with Dirt2Media in 2019 serving as camera-operator at various local events. He quickly developed a passion for the trade and has covered a great magnitude of events that are featured on the Dirt2Media network.
In addition to his camera-operator duties, Andy serves as a broadcast producer at various events and provides the overall support needed to keep Dirt2Media operating.
A life-long racing fan, Nathan started shooting races at Brownstown Speedway prior to the inception of Dirt2Media. His passion for Motorsports is unmatched and his love for the sport shows through in his work.
Nathan assists as camera-operator at various Dirt2Media broadcasted events.
After experiencing a lifetime of racing memories over the past sixty plus years, Bobby joined the Dirt2Media team in 2020 and is the father of Ryan and Nathan.
Bobby serves as camera-operator and overall personality at the track.
