Hyper Racing 600 Speedweek Extends To Seven Nights
LEWISBERRY, Pa. - The schedule is now set for one of the East Coast's biggest weeks of racing. Two new venues and one additional night have been added to the popular Speedweek lineup in 2024.
Hyper Racing 600 Speedweek kicks off on Sunday, July 14th in the Garden State as Spirit Auto Center Speedway hosts the opening round. The tour's last stop at the Swedesboro, New Jersey facility came in 2022 and saw Christian Bruno take home the victory at the venue formerly known as "the small track at Bridgeport."
Moving forward, the series travels to New Castle, Delaware and Airport Speedway for Round 2. Zack Bealer picked up the Speedweek victory last season over NASCAR Xfinity Series competitor, Sheldon Creed.
Greenwood Valley Action Tracks in Orangeville, Pennsylvania hosts Round 3 on Tuesday, July 16th. Last year's event succumbed to storm systems passing through the area.
Wednesday will see the tour invade Kutztown, Pennsylvania for a night of racing at Action Track USA. A record breaking 114 entries competed in the 2023 Hyper Racing 600 Speedweek event that was won by Damon Paul.
The tradition continues with Linda's Speedway on Thursday, July 18th. Tommy Kinsman Jr. picked up the win in 2023 at the Jonestown, Pennsylvania venue that has been on the Speedweek schedule since its inception.
An all new venue in the Keystone State, dubbed McGrewBid Motoplex joins the Speedweek lineup on Friday night. Construction is underway on the new Micro facility located on the grounds of BAPS Motor Speedway in York Haven, Pennsylvania.
Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway hosts the seventh and final round of Hyper Racing 600 Speedweek. Christian Bruno bested Damon Paul in the 2023 finale to pocketed the $10,000 payday.
